Event Terms for Sip & Series
1. Refund Eligibility More than 7 days before the event: Full refund available upon request. 7 days or less before the event: Non-refundable. Because venue space, seating, and workshop materials are ordered and prepared in advance based on ticket counts, refund requests submitted within 7 days of the scheduled event start time cannot be issued for change-of-mind or personal non-attendance.
Ticket Transfers
2. Ticket Transfers If you are within the 7-day non-refundable window and can no longer make it, your ticket is 100% transferable! You are welcome to pass your ticket to a friend, family member, or colleague. Simply send an email to hello@sipandseries.co prior to the event start time with the new attendee's full name so we can update our guest list.
Cancellations and Legal Rights
3. Event Cancellations & Postponements If Sip & Series cancels or changes the date/time, you get a full refund or transfer. 4. Consumer Guarantees We comply with the CGA 1993 and FTA 1986. 5. Request a Refund Email hello@sipandseries.co with your details.
